I. Payment and sales document
Payment methods
The following payment methods are available in the Online Store of Zakłady Ceramiczne „BOLESŁAWIEC”:
Online payment
fast online transfer via payment operators, including Tpay and PayPal,
payment by payment card,
the transaction is processed immediately, allowing for faster processing of the order.
Traditional bank transfer
Order fulfillment takes place after the payment is credited. To speed up the process, we recommend sending a transfer confirmation to the following address:
payment in cash or by card to the courier upon receipt of the shipment,
additional fee: 10 PLN, also for orders over 500 PLN,
maximum value of a cash-on-delivery order: 3000 PLN.
In the case of online payments, the Customer should retain the transaction ID for payment verification purposes. Zakłady Ceramiczne „BOLESŁAWIEC” Sp. z o.o. reserve the right to temporarily limit or disable selected payment methods.
II. Electronic invoice
Sales document
The online store issues a sales document in the form of an electronic invoice. An electronic document has the same legal force as a paper invoice.
Invoices for companies
Invoices for Customers who are entrepreneurs providing a NIP (Tax Identification Number) are issued as structured invoices in the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). The Customer receives a visual representation of the invoice in PDF format along with the invoice identification number in KSeF.
Invoices for consumers
Invoices for Consumers are issued in electronic form outside of KSeF and sent to the provided e-mail address.
Important invoice information
invoice data, including company details, NIP, and address, must be provided at the latest during the order placement stage,
after the invoice has been issued, it is not possible to change the buyer's details,
in the case of orders placed for a company, the Customer is obliged to check the appropriate option in the order form,
the electronic invoice constitutes the primary sales document and the document for any potential returns or complaints.

When placing an order, the Customer selects one of the available delivery methods. We cooperate with reputable courier companies that ensure the safe transport of ceramic products. The store does not offer personal pickup – all orders are shipped via courier companies.
Available carriers
InPost – Courier and Paczkomaty® 24/7 within Poland,
DHL – Poland and selected European countries,
UPS – Poland and international,
International courier to selected European countries,
FedEx – USA and countries outside the European Union.
Free delivery
For orders with a value above 500 PLN, we offer free delivery within Poland.
Does not apply to cash-on-delivery shipments – a 10 PLN fee applies.
International shipping
We ship within Poland and to selected countries. The list of available countries is visible in the cart during checkout.
In the case of shipping outside the territory of Poland, free delivery does not apply, and any customs duties and border fees are borne by the Customer.
Zakłady Ceramiczne „BOLESŁAWIEC” Sp. z o.o. reserve the right to temporarily limit or disable selected delivery methods.
IV. Delivery time and cost
Delivery time
Delivery time within Poland is usually 1–3 business days from the moment the package is handed over to the courier company.
Delivery cost
The delivery cost is calculated automatically in the cart and depends on:
weight,
dimensions,
order value,
number of packages.
Receiving the shipment
Upon receiving the order, the Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier.
In the event of damage caused during transport, a damage report must be drawn up with the courier, which constitutes the basis for further consideration of the complaint.
We also ask you to check the completeness and compliance of the received shipment with the order. Any shortages, mistakes, or damages revealed after opening the package should be reported within 7 days of delivery to the following address: [email protected].
V. Order fulfillment
Processing time
Orders are processed after the payment is credited or after order confirmation in the case of cash on delivery payments.
The standard order fulfillment time is up to 2–5 business days.
Payment method vs fulfillment
online payments – fulfillment after payment confirmation,
traditional bank transfer – fulfillment after funds are credited,
cash on delivery – fulfillment after the order is confirmed by the store.
Custom orders
Personalized or custom-made orders are fulfilled within a period determined individually, approximately from 4 to 6 months.
Once production has started, they cannot be canceled or withdrawn from the contract.
Order status and shipping
The Customer receives information about the order status via e-mail,
after the shipment is dispatched, an e-mail is sent with the tracking number and the invoice,
order statuses are also available after logging into the customer account in the store.
Important information
The store reserves the right to extend fulfillment time during periods of increased sales, e.g., Holidays, Bolesławiec Pottery Festival, Black Friday.
In the case of multi-package orders, shipping may be carried out in one or more shipments.
Detailed information regarding the fulfillment time of a given product is provided each time on the product page. During periods of increased sales, fulfillment time may be extended.
