How to place a custom order?

Please review the full offer of Zakłady Ceramiczne "BOLESŁAWIEC", available in our product catalog (PDF). You will find all currently produced shapes and decoration patterns. Get inspired and choose the forms and designs you like.

Fill in the order form

To place a custom order, use the order form available for download. Please complete it by entering:
  • • Column B – shape number (product form),
  • • Column C – decoration number (design pattern),
  • • Column D – quantity ordered.
Based on this data, the form will automatically calculate the value of each item and the total order value. All shape and decoration numbers can be found in our product catalog, which contains a complete list of available combinations.

How to read the codes?

Example SKU Code: 1193 / D-962 / 1
1193 Shape number
(e.g. small “Krokus” mug)
+
D-962 Decoration number
(specific pattern)
+
1 Grade
(product quality)

Combining both creates a unique product description. Additionally, each product has an SKU code, where the last number after the slash indicates the product grade.

Personalization and Quality

Unique designs: We can place company logos, institutional emblems or personal dedications on the ordered ceramics. This makes your products truly unique and tailored to your needs.
Safe ceramics: All products manufactured by Zakłady Ceramiczne "BOLESŁAWIEC" are safe for health and free from harmful substances. They are suitable for microwave ovens and dishwashers – beauty combined with everyday functionality!

Order Conditions

Minimum quantity: Custom orders can be placed for as little as 1 item. We fulfill both single-piece requests and larger series produced to special order.
Individual pricing: Each order is priced individually, depending on its size and selected assortment. Please contact our consultant for a detailed quotation.
Additional fee (small orders): For orders with a total value below PLN 500, an additional fee of PLN 150 applies. This is a one-time cost related to launching special production.
Catalog pricing (large orders): Orders with a value of PLN 500 or more are priced according to standard catalog prices, with no additional fees.
Lead time: The estimated production time for custom orders is approximately 4–6 months. Each product is handmade to order, which requires time but guarantees a unique result.
50% advance payment: Production begins after receiving a 50% advance payment. The remaining amount is payable according to individual arrangements (e.g. before shipment).

(Please include your full name in the transfer title. After making the payment, send us the confirmation by e-mail so we can promptly start production.)

Returns and Complaints

No right of withdrawal: Custom orders (personalized, made to your individual request) are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal right after delivery. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
Quality guarantee: Every product undergoes quality control before leaving our manufactory. If you notice a manufacturing defect or damage during transport, you have the right to file a complaint. In such cases, we will replace the product or refund your costs in accordance with applicable regulations. Your satisfaction is our priority.
