The oval platter is 22 cm by 31 cm, so it can accommodate just the right amount of food. Like all dishes by Bolesławiec, it is decorated by hand with a brush and stamps, glazed and fired at high temperature, thanks to which it is resistant to damage, and the colour of the decoration will remain unchanged. The decoration pattern of the dish can be easily matched with other dishes by Bolesławiec, or you can start a new collection. D-962 decorationThis decoration goes beyond the classic cobalt, green and brown of Boleslawiec. Here we have a floral motif surrounded on two sides by a complicated cobalt pattern, reminiscent of the "magic eye", applied with brushes. Subtle flowers in blue with an orange centre, ethereal leaves - the pottery in this decoration bring to mind summer. All decorations of the pottery manufactured in Zakłady Ceramiczne "BOLESŁAWIEC" are hand-made by artists using traditional methods - with stamps and brushes. After decorating and glazing, the pottery is subjected to a second firing at high temperature, thanks to which both the pottery and the decoration gain resistance to damage and colour change. Each hand-decorated item is unique, as slight differences in decoration are inevitable.
