Made with the greatest attention to detail, suitable for draining pasta, but definitely better as a dish for washing and serving small fruit. The colander is so decorative that after rinsing the fruit with water, you can put the dish on a plate and bring it straight to the table. Like almost all dishes by Bolesławiec, the colander is hand-decorated with a brush and stamps, glazed and fired at high temperature. As a result, it is resistant to damage, and the colour of the decoration will remain unchanged. It can be washed in the dishwasher, stored in the fridge, and its decoration can be matched with other ceramic dishes by Bolesławiec. Which plate decoration will you choose for your colander?A-166A decorationThis decoration is the queen among decorations - admired and loved by customers. The idea for it is based on the classic Bolesławiec decorations, where we have three colours: cobalt, brown and green. There are also cobalt, tightly arranged circles with peacock eyes merging into a cobalt cloud. They are separated by a garland of flowers with slightly ragged petals that are a bit reminiscent of the bearded carnations from our grandmothers' and mothers' gardens. All decorations of the pottery manufactured in Zakłady Ceramiczne "BOLESŁAWIEC" are hand-made by artists using traditional methods - with stamps and brushes. After decorating and glazing, the pottery is subjected to a second firing at high temperature, thanks to which both the pottery and the decoration gain resistance to damage and colour change. Each hand-decorated item is unique, as slight differences in decoration are inevitable.
