Butterdish small• Ceramic butter container 8 cm high • A piece of pottery for storing and serving butter on the table • The butter container is so decorative that it can appear not only at a breakfast with the family, but also with guests • It is dishwasher safe and, of course, stores butter in it in the fridge • Thanks to the glazing of the pottery and firing at high temperatures, the decoration is completely resistant to damage • Future owners will find it easy to match the decoration of the butter container to the kitchenware they already own • As all pottery of Zakłady Ceramiczne "BOLESŁAWIEC", butter containers are also decorated by hand using stamps and brushes, thanks to which each one is unique and therefore minimal differences in decoration may occur between particular pieces within one decoration D-56 decorationOne of the oldest and most classic decorations from the "BOLESŁAWIEC" Ceramic Works combines stamps in the characteristic "peacock eye" pattern with hand-painted leaves. The stamping method is a traditional technique for decorating dishes dating back to 1882, when local potters invented a decoration made using a sponge with underglaze paints in intense cobalt blue and green colors. Despite many years passing, this form of decoration remains consistently popular among contemporary enthusiasts of Bolesławiec pottery.
